At wider screen sizes, you see the whole thing. Narrower screen sizes have a 'freeze columns' Excel-type effect.
I haven't tested it with ATs myself, I assume they have ;)

Following is the algorithm.
Quick method is make a post using hashtags that define some basic interests, then _after _posting your "Hi I'm interested in #flowers #tables #voting" -CLICK on each hashtag and in the new column, FOLLOW each hashtag.
Anyone that posts with them will show up in your home feed.
Follow the folks who use the tag well, follow their best followers, follow people who they follow.
