The set takes place in front of the most incongruous audience ever. It's either a high art satire/comedy, the entertainment for a time-share retreat, or a spot-on metaphor for the modern Democratic Party. Strange.

There were plenty of bass players before Les Claypool, and Les' stuff in and out of Primus has been incredible with some wild funk stuff, both more standard and not. But there was nothing that sounded like this before Frizzle Fry, and there won't ever be anything like this again.
