Poilievre's view on taxes not just wrong, it's dangerous. The average Canadian household receives about $41,000 in public services every year. If you're “selfmade,” you relied on a public education, then maybe a taxsubsidized college or university. You may work at a company that used business grants. You relied on government to make sure your food and water didn't poison you. Don't forget national security.

@Poli_Tics not to mention all the infrastructure, public transport even garbage disposal.
@Rickd6 our household pays fairly high taxes. We do not complain because we are very aware of what we get for our tax dollars. We need to explain reality to those who have magical thinking regarding how our government services are financed. Infrastructure isn't pulled out of a hat after all. Neither is education or health care.
@Poli_Tics #MapleMAGA lies through his teeth. He will say anything to anyone to gain control of CANADA. His playbook is one he took from Trump. Do not be fooled. #VoterApathy will destroy our democracy by giving control of Canada to #PP the #SeducedStooge of #ChairmanHarper. #GoVote. #NeverConservative. #NeverMapleMAGA #Conservatives are ready to kiss the ring
It's all magic to these people.
For better or worse, the implosion next door is showing some people the value of society held together by taxes that pay people to hold it together
@Poli_Tics I would add the cost of effective roads, streetlights, police and judicial systems etc.
