@alex02 @fnordius @chantal Well of course not—the USA lost both those wars, why would they *teach* them? (Same will go for Iraq and Afghanistan when they're old enough to get in the history syllabus.)

@cstross, I was referring to the silent deletion of such messages from the feed, the subtle difference between "we don't talk about that" and "we won't let you talk about that"…

…though you are right that the Broligarchy will now copy China's method of soft censorship. And defuse protests with whatabotism.
