One has to wonder if part of the reason for this is the devaluation of #Tesla stock. If you borrowed based on the value of Tesla stock and that stock is tanking the lenders might have asked for collateral or some other way to shore it up. Transferring everything to a new AI company may just be a way to prevent any liquidation of Tesla stock.
Now #xitter investors own part of an AI company run by the guy that tanked their first investment.

As much as I liked #Twitter, and I did, before it became #Xitter, I NEVER liked #JackDorsey.
Mind you, I didn't know who he was until I saw a #VanityFair article headlined "Twitter Nazis Are Here To Stay."
That was the first I heard of him, and the impression it left, so far, seems to have been accurate.
