Forschungszentrum Jülich<p>Buchweizen war mal ein Grundnahrungsmittel in DE, bevor es von ertragreicheren Getreidesorten verdrängt wurde. Ein Forschungsteam am FZJ will dem Buchweizen zu einem Comeback verhelfen. Trotz seiner nahrhaften Körner – die übrigens glutenfrei sind – wird Buchweizen hierzulande fast ausschließlich zur Gründünung angebaut. Ziel ist eine ganzheitliche Nutzung der Pflanze.
