2 friends visited yesterday. They use ChatGPT to plan vacation itineraries and such. “So convenient!”.
They asked whether I used it, and were shocked when I said no. I explained I don’t use it because it is all based on stolen data.
They looked a bit sheepish, but repeated “but it’s convenient!”.
Our longing for convenience over anything else is what’ll do us in, I’m afraid. You can remove your moral objections with these simple words! How convenient!
