And that's all the metal machining for this project done. It works! It bloody well works!!!

Amazingly the jig I made to help manufacturer worked brilliantly. I'm so pleased.

Two polished steel arms, one lays left to right, one the opposite. On one end of each is a small bronze bolt and about 12mm from the end is a slight groove, indicating a join. Near the middle of each arm is a bronze bushing that sits round the arm. Perpendicular, and off centre a brass round piece sits. A thick steel washer and a stainless bolt are fitted to each of the brass parts.
