When I do a rendering in Blender, in the compositor what is the color space of a rendering? #b3d #Blender3d #tech #help
@pafurijaz I believe it's just whatever you set it to be in the Color Space settings?
@smagnusson Thanks :) Perhaps it’s better if I explain why. I’m creating digital HDRI images with Blender, and I’d like to know how to produce these HDRI maps optimally without compromising color information. So far, I’ve used AGX, but maybe sRGB or RAW would be better. However, the colors in those formats seem unappealing to me.
@pafurijaz ahh gotcha. I believe most HDRIs are just a linear sRGB, no filmic color spaces. As long as they have the 32bit floating point data, colors should be right.
