Pax, our small young tabby cat with white markings, is lying happily in her turquoise and white cat bed as sunbeams pour over her. She has a contented expression on her face. Her long white whiskers are flowing outward from her face.

Pax has spectacular whiskers, and she's entitled to show them off. Our Lucy is so uniformly gray that her whiskers barely register. They are definitely much shorter than Pax's.
